FeisAlert watches the results for the competitions you select and texts you the moment they post — placed or not. No app to check, no refreshing a results page between dances.
No. FeisAlert is an independent service. We read the results that QuickFeis, FeisWorx, and feis organizers already publish publicly; we're not operated by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any of them.
No — that's the point. You sign up on the website once, and after that everything arrives as a normal text message on any phone, smartphone or not.
Results are monitored continuously for the entire time a feis is running, so alerts go out shortly after results post — not on a fixed schedule you'd need to time. If several of your dancer's competitions post close together, you may get a few texts within seconds of each other; that's normal, not a glitch.
First, check the tabulation site directly (QuickFeis or FeisWorx, whichever that feis uses) — results are published there, not by us, and occasionally something is delayed or corrected on their end before we ever see it. If results are posted there but you never got a text, email support@feisalert.com with the feis and competition and we'll look into it.
No. Both plans are one-time purchases. Nothing auto-renews, and there's no recurring charge to cancel — a season pass simply covers every feis for 365 days from the day you buy it, then quietly expires unless you choose to buy again.
No — the free feis is tied to the phone number that receives the texts, not to an email address or account. A new sign-up with the same phone number won't unlock a second free feis. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how that's enforced.
Purchases are generally final, since a pass unlocks real, ongoing monitoring work the moment you buy it. That said, if you paid for access and a result you were eligible for was never delivered because of a fault on our end — not a carrier delay, not something the tabulation site never published — email support@feisalert.com with the feis and competition. We keep delivery records for every alert we send (and every check we run), so we check those records against your claim before approving a refund. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
Yes. A pass covers the whole feis, not one dancer — track as many dancers and competitions as you like at that feis for the one price.
No, never. We use your phone number and email only to send the alerts you asked for, and we don't sell or share personal information for marketing.
By default, even our own team only sees masked versions of names, emails, and phone numbers. Viewing the real thing is a deliberate, logged action taken only to help with a support issue you've raised.
The full results listing for a competition (which can include other competitors' names) is automatically deleted after 7 days. Your account and dancer info is kept only as long as your account is active.
Yes, any time, from Account Settings — deletion is immediate and permanent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
From your dashboard, click "Track Another," pick the feis, and enter the card number (or dancer name). If the feis you're looking for isn't listed yet, it's likely because QuickFeis or FeisWorx hasn't posted it yet — check back closer to the date. By default we'll also text you as soon as a new feis is added to the QuickFeis list, so you don't have to keep checking there; turn that off anytime in Account Settings if you'd rather not get those.
Open the watchlist from your dashboard and stop monitoring it any time.
Reply STOP to any FeisAlert text, or delete your account from Account Settings.
Yes — it's a separate toggle from your result alerts. Turn off "New Feis Alerts" in Account Settings and you'll only get texts for the dancers you're actively tracking.
